The Music Emporium and Collings Guitars welcomes Pete Huttlinger for a fingerstyle guitar workshop and intimate concert on Saturday, April 12th and Berklee College of Music's Larry Baione and Jim Kelly for a jazz and blues guitar workshop and intimate concert on Thursday, April 17th.

The RockyGrass Bluegrass Festival held in Lyons, Colorado from July 25-27, 2008 features many of the nation's premier performers in bluegrass music.

Located in the beautiful countryside of Oak Hill, NY, Grey Fox Bluegrass Festival has been nominated three times for IBMA Event of the Year. July 17-20, 2008.

Home of the New England Songwriting Contest, Ossipee Valley Bluegrass Festival is located in Cornish, ME from July 24-27, 2008.

The Walnut Valley Festival. This festival, held in Winfield, Kansas, dates back to 1972. It is the home of the National Flatpicking competition, as well as, contests for fingerstyle guitar, mandolin, banjo, dulcimer and autoharp. We've been delighting contest winners for years by providing instruments for prizes. Winfield is also the namesake of our Collings Winfield model. September 17-21, 2008.

The Rhythm & Roots Reunion, held in downtown Bristol, TN-VA from August 29-31, 2008, this festival celebrates Bristol's musical heritage and culture with a lineup that includes over 250 performances on 8 stages.
